Doors and windows could only be moved via the floating action menu — their
3D handle rig declared width/height resize arrows but no move grip, and
Ctrl/Meta-drag was a no-op for them. Add a press-drag move cross and make
direct-drag work for every bespoke-mover kind.
- door/window: add a `tap-action` `move-cross` handle (plane node-normal,
portal grandparent, `engageMoveDrag`) mirroring the item wall grip. It
routes through the existing per-kind move tool (3D `affordanceTools.move`,
2D `floorplanMoveTarget`) — wall-bound slide + re-host onto another wall —
so the grip, the floating Move button, and the 2D plan's move dot share one
pipeline. Grab-drag-release commits without a second click.
- canDirectMoveNode: gate Ctrl/Meta-drag on `movable || affordanceTools.move`
(the 3D-mountable move paths) instead of `movable` only, so doors/windows/
walls/slabs/stairs/… are draggable in 3D as they already are in 2D.
Floorplan-only movers (zone) stay excluded — no 3D tool mounts. The
floating helper auto-syncs (it reads canDirectMoveNode).
- TapActionArrow: honor `plane: 'node-normal'` by tilting the move cross
[π/2,0,0] into the wall face — previously ignored, so the item wall grip
rendered flat too. Now door/window/wall-item crosses lie in the wall.
- use-node-events: split the drag-suppression gate. `inputDragging` still
suppresses SELECTION events (the synthesized release-click would re-select),
but no longer suppresses SPATIAL events (enter/move/leave) — a
surface-following move tool runs with `inputDragging` set and needs
wall:move to track the cursor. General consumers that must ignore drags
(viewer hover, box-select) already self-gate on `inputDragging`; the
editor's select-hover and paint-preview enter handlers now gate on it too.
- handle-arrow: make handle hit areas inert while `placementDragMode` is set,
so a move grip riding the dragged node can't intercept the ray and starve
the move tool's surface raycast.

The v0.9.0 GitHub release declared the trio at 0.9.0 but the npm publish
never ran (npm still serves 0.8.0). Aligning manifests so the release
workflow's bump=patch lands everything at the announced-next 0.9.1
(mcp 0.3.0 -> 0.3.1, ifc-converter 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1 keep their own lines,
matching the per-package version table style of previous releases).
Inter-package peer/dev refs move to ^0.9.0 so the workspace stays
self-linked during the release run; the workflow re-syncs them to the
final versions after bumping.

- next 16.2.7 -> 16.2.6 in both apps. 16.2.7 regresses Turbopack dev route
matching for API routes nested below a dynamic segment (probed in the
private repo: /api/items/[id]/fork, /api/scenes/[id]/events 404 with the
router's HTML not-found; production builds unaffected; bisected
16.2.6 good / 16.2.7 bad). 16.2.6 carries all the 16.2.5/16.2.6
security fixes — only the bugfix backports are forgone.
- Remove @react-three/uikit-lucide from @pascal-app/editor dependencies:
zero imports in this repo or private-editor; dead weight in every npm
consumer's install.
- Pin @visual-json/react "latest" -> "^0.4.0" (current resolution;
"latest" in a published package's deps is unreproducible and was
inconsistent with private-editor's ^0.4.0).
- Add root override three: 0.184.0, mirroring private-editor's dedupe —
drops the nested stats-gl three@0.170.0 so the lockfile resolves a
single three (the stated single-instance invariant now holds here too).
Verified: build, check-types, biome check, 931 package tests green;
lockfile resolves one next (16.2.6) and one three (0.184.0);
oxide/lightningcss optionalDependency pins still match resolutions.

Range edits:
- next 16.2.1 -> 16.2.7 in apps/editor + apps/ifc-converter. 16.2.5/16.2.6
fixed six high-severity advisories (middleware bypass, DoS, SSRF, XSS,
RSC cache poisoning); 16.2.7 is bugfix backports. No API/config changes.
- typescript 6.0.2 -> 6.0.3 everywhere, including aligning the 5.9.3
stragglers (@pascal-app/mcp, @repo/ui, @repo/eslint-config) that date
from the original scaffold and were never intentionally held back.
- @types/node in @pascal-app/mcp: ^25.5.0 -> ^22.19.20 — mcp was the only
workspace typed against non-LTS node 25; 22 matches the release
workflow's node and every other workspace.
- @number-flow/react ^0.5.14 -> ^0.6.0 (packages/editor, apps/editor);
the only breaking change (removed --number-flow-char-height CSS var)
is unused here.
- agentation ^2.3.2 -> ^3.0.2 (apps/editor devtool; v3 is a drop-in for
the props-less <Agentation /> usage, additions are opt-in).
- Root overrides: @types/react 19.2.14 -> 19.2.17,
@types/three 0.184.0 -> 0.184.1 (types-only fixes).

* fix: resolve lint and type errors to enable CI
- Remove stale biome-ignore suppressions in bootstrap.ts, r3f.d.ts,
and parametric-node-renderer.tsx (rules no longer fire).
- Replace forEach callbacks that return values with for...of loops
in node-actions.ts and build-collider-world.ts
(lint/suspicious/useIterableCallbackReturn).
- Rewrite assign-in-expression guards in ceiling/tool.tsx to explicit
if-statements (lint/suspicious/noAssignInExpressions).
- Hoist useMemo/useCallback above early return in chimney/panel.tsx
(lint/correctness/useHookAtTopLevel).
- Add `^build` to turbo check-types dependsOn so packages/core dist is
up-to-date before type checking — this resolves all 32 type errors
which were caused by stale dist, not missing symbols.
* ci: add lint and typecheck workflow on push/PR
Adds a quality gate that runs `bun run check` (Biome) and
`bun run check-types` (TypeScript) on every push and PR to main.
Uses concurrency groups to cancel stale runs. Closes#147.

Slab and pool side walls assumed a CCW contour (the unflipped quad's right-hand normal is outward only for CCW), but outsetPolygon and the slab tool preserve the drawn winding. A CW-drawn slab therefore got inward-facing side-wall normals that FrontSide culling dropped, so the slab read as see-through from the camera-facing side (~half the time, depending on draw direction). Normalize the contour to CCW (reverse when signed area < 0) before building both the positive-slab and pool geometry.
Caps are unaffected (Earcut normalizes the outer ring); holes are already double-emitted + winding-normalized; ceilings use flat ShapeGeometry (no extruded walls); autoFromWalls slabs are already CCW so this is a no-op for them.

- Live slab-stacking Y previews for all floor-placed kinds (item/shelf/spawn/column/stair) during placement + both move pathways, via a shared core resolver; canonical positions unchanged.
- Unified 3D handle system (one drag pipeline + one visual primitive) with forgiving invisible hit-areas on every handle, kept on EDITOR_LAYER so they don't poison the MRT scene pass.
- Hover + click-to-edit slab holes in 3D (manual hole -> hole editor; stair/elevator hole -> select owner); generic cross-arrow polygon-move grip; normalized handle interaction colors.
- NaN-safe node mutations + non-finite shadow-light bounds guard.
- Built on #373 (level-scoped alignment / registry slab tool); #373 owns X/Z alignment, this owns Y floor-stacking.
Replace the seven separate display-control buttons in the canvas toolbar
(render, theme, edges, grid, shadows, units, camera) with a single
"Display" dropdown, matching the simplification already shipped in the
hosted editor. Grid, shadows, camera and units are direct toggles that
keep the menu open; render, edges and theme are submenus.
Portal DropdownMenuSubContent so the side-opening submenus escape the
parent content's overflow-x-hidden clip, and re-export the submenu
primitives (Sub/SubTrigger/SubContent/Separator) from @pascal-app/editor.

Add `bun clean:cache` to clear .turbo / .next / .swc / node_modules
caches across apps, packages, and tooling — mirrors the command in the
private-editor root so a stale-cache reset works the same in both repos.
Also add a `restart` convenience: kill → clean:cache → dev.

Bundles three fixes to the shared PolygonEditor (slab/ceiling boundary &
hole editing):
- Console error: defer the cross-store onPolygonPreview(null) write into a
useEffect so committing a drag no longer updates another component
(NodeArrowHandles) during PolygonEditor's render.
- Vertex grab: make the edge bar visual-only (raycast disabled) so it can
no longer steal clicks from the vertex/midpoint handles overlapping it;
edge dragging runs through the chevron arrow outside the polygon edge.
- Outlines: render each handle as a single SCENE_LAYER mesh with a node
material (MeshBasicNodeMaterial / useArrowMaterial) and pointer handlers
attached directly, matching the registry arrow gizmos. This puts the
handles in the ink-edge post-pass so vertex/midpoint cylinders, the
chevron arrows, and the move sphere read as outlined 3D plates while
staying grabbable. No paired hit mesh needed — the R3F event raycaster
picks SCENE_LAYER too.
Known follow-up (tracked, out of scope): SCENE_LAYER handles can appear in
user-driven capture-mode snapshots, same as the existing arrow gizmos; to
be hidden uniformly later via the thumbnail:before-capture toggle.

Backport from monorepo PR #310 (fix/april-pass):
1. WebGPU renderer race on Canvas remount
Cache the in-flight WebGPURenderer promise per canvas element so
concurrent configure() calls from R3F's useLayoutEffect await the
same init() instead of creating duplicate renderers. Fixes
intermittent 'resolve target size does not match' errors when
navigating between projects and home.
2. Duplicate item loses its scale
Add scale to the field set in useDraftNode.commit() so duplicated
items preserve their original scale instead of falling back to
[1,1,1].

Major changes:
- Roof system rewrite with roof-segment support
- Scene store refactor
- Spatial grid improvements
- Item light system
- Post-processing and selection manager updates
- Perf monitor component

* fix: harden viewer/editor renderer init and error handling
* Bump @biomejs/biome and turbo versions
Update devDependencies: bump @biomejs/biome from ^2.4.4 to ^2.4.6 and turbo from ^2.8.12 to ^2.8.13. Regenerated bun.lock to reflect the updated resolved package versions.
* Restore inline zone label editing on canvas
* Add project versioning & publish flow
Introduce project model versioning and publishing support.
- DB: add published_model_version column to projects (migration + schema + types).
- Models: add version status types and helpers, implement getProjectVersionStatus, enhanced getProjectModel to load draft/published/legacy fallbacks, saveProjectModel now manages draft creation/updating and avoids no-op saves, saveProjectVersion to lock/save/publish versions and create next draft, publishProjectModel to republish specific saved versions. Includes scene-graph equality checks and authenticated project ownership checks.
- UI: AppSidebar shows publish/draft status, polling refresh, and Save / Save & publish / Publish actions that flush the editor scene before version operations. Hook update: load scene from result.data.model.scene_graph.
- Public project loader: prefer published version with legacy fallbacks.
This enables safe draft editing, explicit saves, publishing, and keeps autosave working across version locks.
* Add project versioning UI, APIs & preview mode
Introduce full version management support: UI, backend actions, and editor integration.
- UI: Add a Versions popover to the app sidebar with search, relative timestamps, preview, restore and publish controls; disable version actions while previewing and show proper labels/states. Imported new icons, popover and tooltip primitives and added formatRelativeTime helper.
- Actions: Add ProjectVersionListItem type and APIs getProjectVersionList and getProjectVersionByNumber to list and fetch saved (non-draft) versions.
- Hooks: Extract applySceneGraphToEditor and sync editor selection logic; ensure scene loading applies selection and supports preview mode (which suppresses autosave).
- Store: Add isVersionPreviewMode to project store with setter and isSceneLoading flag usage to prevent autosave while previewing.
- Misc: Wire up version list loading, previewing, restoring and publishing flows, and refresh version status/list after actions.
These changes enable browsing historical project versions, previewing them without triggering autosaves, and restoring or publishing selected versions.
* Improve version preview, restore flow & draft handling
- Add scene graph snapshot to preserve unsaved work during preview
- Include draft versions and metadata in version list
- Add getProjectVersionById for direct ID-based lookups
- Add autosave status to project store
- Refactor sidebar version UI (remove search, use save icon)

* feat(community): filter empty projects from public gallery
Add is_empty column to projects table so the public gallery only shows
projects with actual content. Scene graph emptiness is computed on save
and on creation, and a backfill migration marks existing non-empty
projects. Also cleans up import ordering, fixes README migration path,
and removes stale feedback table migration.

* Use ESNext modules and bundler resolution
Update packages/db tsconfig to emit ESNext modules and use 'bundler' moduleResolution. This enables modern ESM output and bundler-style resolution for the db package (keeps outDir and rootDir unchanged).
* feat(editor): add dark mode theme and grid visibility toggle
Add theme state to viewer store with light/dark modes, dark-aware
lighting and background colors, grid show/hide toggle in settings,
and theme toggle buttons in the sidebar.

* Add ground occluder, animated lighting & UI tweaks
Introduce a ground occluder and smoother animated lighting while adjusting editor UI and icons. Viewer: add GroundOccluder (uses polygon-clipping to union slab/zone polygons) and AnimatedBackground, integrate both into the Canvas; improve Lights to interpolate intensities/colors/ambient for smooth theme transitions. Editor: refactor sidebar header to support inline project title editing and move the theme toggle; replace some lucide icons with image assets and add a settings icon (apps/editor/public/icons/settings.png). Also add polygon-clipping to the viewer package dependencies.
* Update dark mode background color and clean up imports

* Tree: add isLast prop & draw connectors
Introduce an optional isLast prop across all site panel tree node components and TreeNode so children know when they're the last sibling. TreeNodeWrapper now renders vertical and horizontal connector lines (adjusted by depth and isLast) and keeps the toggle button clickable (z-index). Children are passed isLast when mapped, so the UI can stop the vertical line for final siblings. Also bump several deps in apps/editor package.json and update the lockfile accordingly.
* chore: clean up monorepo dependencies and update packages
Move app/library dependencies out of root package.json into their
respective workspaces. Root now only contains monorepo tooling
(turbo, biome, supabase CLI, typescript, portless, ultracite).
Updates:
- next 16.1.0 → 16.1.6
- drizzle-orm ^0.39.0 → ^0.45.1
- drizzle-kit ^0.30.0 → ^0.31.9
- drizzle-zod ^0.5.1 → ^0.8.3
- three-bvh-csg ^0.0.17 → ^0.0.18
- supabase 2.75.3 → 2.76.15
- typescript 5.9.2 → 5.9.3 (all workspaces)

* Use semantic theme tokens and enable dark mode
Replace hardcoded zinc color classes with semantic design tokens (text-muted-foreground, text-foreground, border, bg-background, bg-border) across the action menu, camera controls, control modes, and view toggles for consistent theming. Update separators and borders to use bg-border/border-border. Add useEffect in the editor root to add/remove the 'dark' class on document.body and apply 'dark text-foreground' to the root container so the UI renders in dark mode; also import useEffect.
* Persistable sidebar width & resizer
Introduce a zustand store to persist sidebar width (key: `sidebar-preferences`) and track dragging state. Default width is 288px (18rem) and is clamped between 288 and 800px. Wire the store into SidebarProvider to drive the CSS variable for width and expose a data-dragging attribute. Add a SidebarResizer component that handles pointer events to resize the sidebar, toggles dragging state, updates cursor/user-select, and disables transitions while dragging. Small class and structure adjustments ensure the resizer is rendered and resizing behaves smoothly.
* Editor: floating action menu, selection/phase tweaks
Add a FloatingActionMenu (move/duplicate/delete) that attaches to selected 3D nodes and integrates with editor/viewer state; includes new cursor SVG and layout wrapper to use the custom cursor. Improve selection and phase behavior: auto-select first building+level on scene load (moved/centralized in project scene hook and editor init), add resolveBuildingId helper, and enhance SelectionManager to auto-switch between structure/furnish based on clicked nodes and to preserve building/level context when changing selection. Update sidebar tree node click handlers to switch phases for structural vs item nodes and stop hiding nodes by phase (keep tree items visible across phases). Add keyboard escape behavior to clear selections while keeping building/level context and reset selected reference. Misc: register unified event listeners for selection, position floating menu over objects using three.js Box3, and various small integration fixes.
* Add SceneLoader, loading states & editor fixes
Add a SceneLoader component and associated CSS loader styles and wire it into Editor, Viewer and page-level flows so a loading UI displays while project/scene data loads. Replace useLayoutEffect in editor page with a client-mounted useEffect guard to avoid hydration issues. Introduce isSceneLoading state and setter in the project store and set/clear it in useProjectScene; include sceneGraph when creating a new project and clear the scene beforehand.
Other changes: type-guard moving/duplicating logic in FloatingActionMenu and remove duplicated id on clones; refactor auto-selection logic for site/building/level and auto-select build/wall for empty levels in editor index and useProjectScene; optimize ZoneSystem to run per-frame (useFrame) and reduce unnecessary updates to visibility/label positions; add animated active background for layer toggle (motion) in site panel; add keyboard shortcuts to jump between levels (Ctrl/Cmd+ArrowUp/Down); simplify community-hub project-created handler to navigate straight to editor. These changes improve UX during load, enforce safer node operations, and optimize runtime rendering.
* Improve selection logic and refine UI components
Multiple editor and viewer updates:
- Selection: enhance selection-manager to support modifier (Meta/Ctrl) multi-select, compute next selection logic, track modifier keys, prevent grid deselect races, and add debug logs. Adapted selection handlers throughout scene/editor components to pass native events and modifier state.
- Sidebar / Site panel: refactor site panel to inline a LevelReferences UI (replacing the removed references dialog). Add upload flow for scan (.glb/.gltf) and guide images, handling file size/type checks, project asset upload/delete calls, and per-level reference lists. Add MultiSelectionBadge for showing/clearing multi-selection and animated expand/collapse for levels. Several tree-node components now use a shared handleTreeSelection helper and propagate click events properly.
- UI polish & icons: change dark theme color tokens for better contrast; increase button sizes and icon sizes across action menus; swap some lucide icons for image assets (rotate, topview, select, build, mesh, floorplan, level, etc.) and add new public icons.
- PascalRadio: replace popover with a framer-motion expandable panel, add outside-click handling, animated transitions, and minor UI tweaks.
- Other: minor viewer hook/selection-manager updates and tweaks to control modes and view toggles to support image icons and consistent sizing.
These changes improve multi-select reliability, user interactions in the sidebar, and overall visual polish with new icons and animations.

* Polish editor UI, radio, and state logic
Multiple UI and state updates across the editor and viewer:
- PascalRadio: Move radio play state into audio store (isRadioPlaying), update icons/behaviors (Volume2/VolumeX), remove autoplay UI, ensure pause/resume respects muted and radio playing state.
- use-audio: Add isRadioPlaying, setRadioPlaying and toggleRadioPlaying to store; initialize state accordingly.
- Action menu: Add layout/motion to container, refine transition, only show furnish/structure rows in build mode, tweak transition classes and hover/opacity behavior.
- Furnish/Structure tools: Simplify inactive styling, change click behavior to only select tools (no direct deselect), remove "click to deselect" tooltip text.
- Sidebar/Icon rail: Update logo link styling and image sizing; AppSidebar: add inline editable project title (optimistic local update + server update via updateProjectName), keyboard handling, and minor header layout changes.
- Site panel: Add visual tree/branch lines, replace some icons, reorganize levels list and provide an Add level button, adjust spacing and layout for property/levels sections.
- InlineRenameInput: Small height/spacing adjustments for inline inputs.
- use-editor: Reset mode to 'select' when switching phases, ensure reasonable default tools when entering build mode, simplify setStructureLayer to reset mode/tool and viewer selection.
- use-viewer: Improve selection hierarchy guard so children are only reset when not explicitly provided in updates.
These changes improve UX consistency, state predictability when switching modes, and add inline project renaming with optimistic update.
* Introduce isEditor mode and editor UX updates
Add an isEditor flag (Viewer prop + store) and wire it from the Editor to enable editor-specific behaviors. Ceiling system: show ceiling grids per-level (or when ceiling tool active) by walking node ancestry and respecting active level/selection. Zone renderer: only show site edge labels in editor and add inline editable zone names (with hover/edit UI and save/escape handling). Auto-name new walls/doors/windows (incremental counts scoped by level) and simplify default names shown in various panels/tree nodes. Sidebar/site-panel: reverse level rendering, adjust tree-line styling, auto-expand parents when descendants are selected, and refactor zone row actions (camera view/capture/clear). UI polish: updated action-menu button styles and ensure keyboard shortcut 'b' switches to build mode. Misc: various tree node and item selection/hover improvements and minor refactors to support the above.
* Fix sidebar flex layout and scrolling
Adjust sidebar panel flexbox classes to ensure headers/controls don't collapse and content areas scroll correctly. Changes include adding shrink-0, flex-1 and min-h-0 to BuildingItem and buildings list containers, restructuring the active building panel so LevelsSection/LayerToggle are fixed height while ContentSection gets an overflow-y-auto scroll area, and making the site header non-shrinking with conditional overflow for the main panel when phase === "site". Uses the cn helper for conditional classes.
* Fix TypeScript build errors with AnyNodeId indexing and type narrowing
Cast string-typed node IDs and parentIds to AnyNodeId when indexing
into the nodes Record, fix motion transition type literal, and remove
redundant mode check in setMode.

* Remove .env.local guard; add portless dep
Remove the check that blocked a local .env.local in apps/editor's dev script and simplify the dev startup to source the root .env. Add portless@^0.4.2 to the project dependencies in package.json. Lockfile updated accordingly.
* Improve tool cursors, previews, and contextual tools
Revamp editor tool visuals and behaviour: replace mesh cursors with a new CursorSphere Group (adds ground marker, vertical indicator and optional tool icon tooltip), unify preview colors to #818cf8, add ground-level previews and ghost lines for ceiling and roof tools, and update slab/zone/wall visuals to match. Add automatic build-mode switching and contextual highlighting for structure tools via a new useContextualTools hook, and relax action-menu visibility checks so tool rows are shown even when not in build mode. Minor typing/import adjustments and small opacity/placement tweaks across multiple tool components.
* Keep tools active and refine action-menu styles
Stop auto-deactivating tools in RoofTool and ZoneTool by removing setTool(null) (and setMode('select') in roof). Add hasActiveTool checks and small layout padding to FurnishTools and StructureTools, and update button classes to improve visual emphasis: smoother transitions, stronger active rings/scale, and dimming/grayscale of non-active tools when another tool is active. These changes improve UX by keeping the selected tool active and giving clearer visual feedback in the action menu.
* Improve selection behavior and refresh UI styling
SelectionManager: add global enter/leave/double-click handlers to support cross-phase hovering and auto-switching into structure/furnish on double-click; normalize click handling (explicitly coalesce shiftKey). Remove per-strategy enter/leave listeners.
UI panels & controls: unify and modernize styles across many panels (ceiling, door, item, reference, roof, slab, wall, window) and action buttons — rounded-md, neutral borders, subtle shadows, translucent headers and consistent hover/focus states. Update view toggles icons and toggle styling.
NumberInput: integrate @number-flow/react NumberFlow for formatted value display, add visual drag progress indicator and refine input/label interactions and styling.
Sidebar: replace rename-popover with inline-rename-input and update tree nodes to use inline editing. Add slider-demo and tweak slider implementation. Update package.json accordingly.
* Use Barlow font across editor UI
Add the Google Barlow font and expose it as a CSS variable, update theme font variables in globals.css, and apply the new font across the editor UI. Imports: add Barlow in app/layout.tsx and include its variable on <html>, set body to use font-sans. Apply font-barlow or font-mono classes to headings, labels, numeric readouts and buttons across multiple panels and primitives to standardize typography. Also update button base variant to include font-barlow. Remove the PhaseSwitcher component and its import/usage from the action menu.
* Replace button wrapper with div in LevelItem
Replace the outer <button> around the LevelItem content with a <div> to avoid nesting interactive button elements (and the resulting invalid HTML/interaction issues). Preserves the original classes and onClick/onDoubleClick handlers so behavior remains the same and allows the PopoverTrigger/button children to function correctly.
* Refine site panel list styles and spacing
Update the SitePanel and TreeNode UI to use compact, border-bottom list rows instead of rounded, card-like items. Simplified active/hover states to use bg-accent variants and reduced shadow/ring styles for a cleaner look. Adjusted paddings (pl/px/py) and container layouts (many sections switched to flex-col) and increased tree node indent/paddingRight for consistent alignment. These changes unify spacing and visual hierarchy across levels, buildings, zones and tree nodes.
* Add auto-scroll to selected items and refine icon styles

Render an interactive Scene Graph in the Settings panel using @visual-json/react. Introduces SceneNode/SceneGraphNode types and buildSceneGraphValue to build a tree (handles missing nodes and cycles), and adds handlers to block drag/drop/context/delete mutations inside the viewer. Adds @visual-json/react to apps/editor package.json and updates the dev script to forbid .env.local and source the root .env instead. Also adds a persistence migration in use-scene to preserve existing nodes and rootNodeIds when the persist version changes.
- Add show_scans_public and show_guides_public columns to projects table
- Add visibility toggles to editor sidebar settings panel (auto-save)
- Add visibility toggles to project settings dialog (auto-save)
- Propagate settings to community viewer (hide scans/guides for non-owners)
- Add updateProjectVisibility server action
- Fix username onboarding dialog stuck after DB reset (validate update affected rows)
- Add error handling to UsernameGate for stale sessions
